Amazing love

But He was pierced because of our transgressions,

crushed because of our iniquities;

punishment for our peace was upon Him,

and we are healed by His wounds.

We all went astray like sheep;

we all have turned to our own way;

and the LORD has punished Him

for the iniquity of us all. (Is. 53:5-6)

Take time today to meditate on the work of the cross. God's love is amazing, and available to all who turn from sin and accept God's free gift of eternal life through the death and resurrection of His Son.
